Tankar om liberalsocialism
Dagens lästips är "What is Liberal Socialism?" av Geoffrey Kurtz, doktorand i statsvetenskap och med bakgrund i Young Democratic Socialists of America. En väldigt intressant uppsats som handlar om hur man kan skapa en fruktsam blandning mellan liberalism och socialism - Liberalsocialism - som är något helt annat än socialliberalism eller frihetlig socialism. Kurtz' kommande avhandling handlar om den franske socialisten och filosofen Jean Jaurès och hans teorier kring liberalsocialism. Utkast till avhandlingen kan läsas här.

It's my pleasure. I found those of your articles that I've read ("What is Liberal Socialism?" och "The Radical Reformism of Jean Jaurès: Liberal Socialism and the Labor Movement") very interesting. I've also printed out Jaurès' "Studies in Socialism" from Marxists Internet Archive. But I have to leave that for a rainy day.
I think the best section of Studies in Socialism to start with is probably "Socialism and Life."
